• Develop and oversee transportation pulicies, procedures, and programs to ensure safe and efficient transportation operations
• Manage and coordinate the transportation department’s daily activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of vehicles and drivers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to transportation, including driver qualification, vehicle maintenance, and hours of service
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Cullaborate with other departments to ensure transportation needs are met, including coordinating with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ensure that all transportation-related documentation, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts, are accurate and complete
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to transportation management
• Responsible to all KPIs
• Organization of Inbound, Outbound, Handling,Inventory, and Delivery, Personnel appointment and removal
• Coordinate with customers, been the channel and contact person, earn customer satisfaction
• Deal with and report emergency issues to managements
• Other assignments given by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above.(Logistics engineering , Vehicle engineering, Mechanical engineering majors preferred)
• Good skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint ) .
• Work experience: At least 5-year operational experience in a similar rule within the auto parts companies.
• Personal Character: Diligent, conscientious, good communication and independent problem sulving skills, Good Team work ability.
